Use Meta Muse to Review Your Housecall Pro Estimates
Plan a Meta Muse workflow that reads approved Housecall Pro estimate data and prepares a follow-up list for your office to review.
· Documentation-based guide
Not hands-on tested. These are proposed workflows, not verified native Housecall Pro integrations. Confirm current product access, account requirements, and connection behavior before use.
An estimate can be worth thousands of dollars and still disappear into a busy week.
Give your assistant one job: help your office see which estimates deserve attention. In this example, we call that role Salesy.

Give Salesy a clear assignment
Start with sent estimates older than seven days. Define what counts as accepted, declined, expired, or canceled. If your estimates have several options, decide how the assistant should display their amounts so it does not add up alternatives as though the customer bought all of them.
Set up the connection
Meta documents a connector setup flow in Muse's Settings > Connectors. It also says you can ask Muse to create a custom connector for a service outside its list; that process may need API information S5.
For Housecall Pro, provide the official documentation and describe the limited task. Prefer a custom connection to a restricted bridge that keeps the upstream key and exposes only approved reads. Do not assume the raw Housecall Pro API URL is an MCP server URL.
This Housecall Pro setup is a proposed workflow and still needs a live test. If you are experimenting before building a connection, use a permitted export instead.
Make the output useful
Fictional Salesy report: three estimates worth $8,450 are flagged for review, with missing contact history explicitly identified.

Quote value is not booked revenue. These are candidates for human review, not proof that no follow-up happened.
Ask for a table with the estimate ID, age, status, amount rule, and reason for review. Then ask Salesy to draft a short message for each candidate. Have it flag missing information instead of filling in the gaps.
Try this promptSalesy, review the approved estimate dataset. Use today in our business timezone. Find sent estimates older than seven days with no accepted option. Exclude declined, canceled, and expired records when those statuses are available. Show your source and retrieval time, and draft a friendly follow-up. Do not send messages or change records.
Check a few results against Housecall Pro before repeating the process. Once the list is reliable, decide whether you need a scheduled summary or whether asking for it on demand is enough.
